The Me in Me
– How/Who Will I Be?
In times of change, crisis, and dissolution, people experience little holding or orientation in their lives. Assumed safe harbors—our creeds, economic strongholds, relationships, or loyalties—crumble, just like the ice at the poles of planet Earth.
As orientation in an increasingly chaotic world becomes faulty and brittle, the need for reliable navigation in everyday life, relationships, jobs, or other contexts grows.
What kind of self-relationship matches the challenges of our time? What kind of self-reliance do we need to navigate the tides of uncertainty and change, confusion, or loneliness?
In this workshop on self-relationship, Johannes B. Schmidt will offer his 30 years of experience and expertise in psychotherapy to share his interpretation of our current time and its challenges.
This workshop requires your sincerity and quality of being rather than "working on yourself" or pursuing actions to achieve something. It calls for your authentic presence, your gentleness of being, and your ability to rest in the moment so that quietness can reach your essence and bring you home to yourself.
An unassuming, quiet, and unspectacular be-shop that reminds you of your root cause and invites alignment with your creative, healing, and inspired originality.
